Investor Service Request

Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/91 dated June 23, 2025, it shall be mandatory for all holders of physical securities to furnish PAN, contact details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number), Bank A/c details and Specimen signature for their corresponding folio numbers. The shareholder whose folio(s) do not have PAN, contact details, bank account details and specimen signature updated, shall be eligible a) to lodge grievance or avail any service request from the RTA only after furnishing PAN and KYC details; b) payment including dividend only through electronic mode w.e.f April 01, 2024. Accordingly, shareholders holding shares in physical mode are requested to submit a request to our RTA by using the prescribed ISR forms, which can be downloaded from the website of RTA at https://ris.kfintech.com/clientservices/isc/isrforms.aspx. Smart ODR portal

In case of any grievance, the investor shall first take up his/her/their grievance with the Company by lodging a complaint directly with the Company. If the grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, the investor/client may, in accordance with the SCORES guidelines, escalate the same through the SCORES Portal in accordance with the process laid out therein. After exhausting all available options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor is still not satisfied with the outcome, he/she/they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal.
